About the webinar
Guest Presenter, Dr. Magda Mesquita

This practical, heart-centred webinar is designed for inspiring minds in education—teachers, school leaders, SEN professionals and pastoral staff—who feel the daily weight of decision fatigue, emotional demands and constant pressure to support others.
If you’re navigating stress, dysregulated classrooms or the strain of always holding it together, you’re not alone—and you’re not failing. These are signs of a nervous system under load, not a lack of resilience. In this session, you’ll discover how Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can help you reduce stress in real-time, stay centred in challenging moments, and lead with calm, compassionate authority.
Through guided tapping, you’ll learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system, build emotional presence and reconnect with the steady, intuitive leader within. This is not about being perfect—it’s about becoming resourced, responsive and real in the face of pressure. Whether you’re in the classroom, leading a team, or simply seeking more internal ease—this session offers clarity, support and tools you can use every day.
Learning Objectives:
- Recognize the impact of stress, decision fatigue, and emotional demands on nervous system regulation and leadership effectiveness.
- Learn how Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support calm, compassionate authority.
- Participate in guided tapping exercises to build emotional presence, resilience, and clarity for leading with ease in challenging educational settings.
Agenda:
Lecture & Demonstration (60 min) – Understand how energetic depletion, emotional overwhelm, and guilt around boundaries stem from nervous system responses—not personal weakness. Learn how Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can gently release these patterns, regulate your nervous system, and strengthen emotional boundaries for sustainable service and resilience.
