In our final session I will discuss the ACT Matrix and its use as an assessment tool and for ongoing collaborative work with parents.
I will talk about the important topic of parental burnout and how to foster its opposite, parental resilience.
Finally, we will discuss therapist burnout and explore ways we can stay resilient ourselves when this work can be depleting.

- Recognize signs of parental burnout and apply strategies to foster resilience and sustained engagement.
