You’ll experience guided tapping rounds to soothe self-critical patterns, rewire inner dialogue, and unlock the steady guidance of your own inner wisdom.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how fears of visibility, self-criticism, and performance pressure are rooted in nervous system responses rather than personal flaws.
  • Experience guided Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping to calm the nervous system and release limiting beliefs.
  • Develop practical skills to reconnect with your authentic voice and confidently express yourself in personal and professional settings.

Lecture & Demonstration (60 min) – Explore how fear of being seen, self-criticism, and performance pressure are rooted in nervous system responses rather than personal flaws. Learn how Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can gently release these patterns, calm inner tension, and restore authentic confidence and self-expression.


Dr. Magda Mesquita

Holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and is a certified Advanced EFT Practitioner through EFT International in London. With a strong background in education and personal development, she has worked across diverse roles and countries, dedicating her life to helping others overcome fear and anxiety through Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

Based in Portugal, Dr. Mesquita works with clients worldwide both online and in person. She is the author of EFT: A Revolutionary Solution for Anxiety Without Medication and is a passionate advocate for emotional well-being through tapping techniques.
