Learn how Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can gently release these patterns, regulate your nervous system, and strengthen emotional boundaries for sustainable service and resilience.


Dr. Magda Mesquita

Holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and is a certified Advanced EFT Practitioner through EFT International in London. With a strong background in education and personal development, she has worked across diverse roles and countries, dedicating her life to helping others overcome fear and anxiety through Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

Based in Portugal, Dr. Mesquita works with clients worldwide both online and in person. She is the author of EFT: A Revolutionary Solution for Anxiety Without Medication and is a passionate advocate for emotional well-being through tapping techniques.
